Wine and Stretch Night

Fitness pro Tiffany Ryan will be leading a 45-minute stretch class in our very own Fort Worth production facility! This is a beginning class for all levels and for both men and women. Stretches will aim to stretch the entire body. The class is $15 at the door and includes a glass of wine or a tasting of three wines. So, grab a mat, bring a friend and come and relax!
